- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This review is for the billing office. I just received a bill that was for a year ago. Never once have I received a bill before this. This bill said it was over due and will be sent to collections. I check my mail weekly and pay my bills on time. I am appalled and very upset at your services. I will not be recommending your hospital or using it again in the future.May 06, 2017by jo Keller
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst hospital experience. Condescending doctor's and nurses (not all but most). E.R. almost killed my mom by putting her on an IV antibiotic in a family of medicine she told them she was allergic. Do not go here if you are having psychiatric problems. They do not take you seriously. BCH is a much option with respectful staff and a therapist on staff at all times. We'll see if UC Health can do any better. I hope so because I absolutely warn anyone in an emergency situation. Trust the medics to get you to another place close by. Do not use this hospital.January 20, 2017by Darcy LewKad
