  In 2016 my injury from a previous car accident, was made worse with my computer wor. The injury had changed my active lifestyle to a not very active lifestyle... I had stopped hiking. (I couldn't hike more than a mile at this point!) I was miserable. I went in for a consultation and left with a plan for 3 months of rehab. By the end of the 3 months I had hiked a Volcano in Costa Rica, got my ski pass and had resumed my normal active life. This season I did two back packing trips and am planning my next Volcano hike. The staff at Longmont Spine were knowledgeable, kind and wonderful. The Dr's I worked with gave me a solid advice and care. I started feeling the results right away and about half way through my experience it was significant. I learned how to manage my condition, including advice on posture, desk set up and sleeping advice. I am so satisfied with my experience. I went from feeling hopeless and sad to being a ridiculously happy camper again!!!!
