  By far the best dentist I have been to. The staff here is incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. Very easy scheduling with text and email appointment reminders. I came to them after ignoring my dental health for a good 6+ years and have needed quite a bit of work done. Dr. Coats did a fantastic job putting together a treatment plan with me and has performed excellent, painless procedures. Recently I had a painful tooth infection and Dr. Coats was able to get me in ASAP to evaluate. It was such a relief to be seen within 24 hours of calling about the issue. I know not every place is this accommodating in emergent situations. I have had nothing but good experiences here and am incredibly thankful for all they have done for me. Truly an awesome group of people! Edit: I wanted to follow up and again express how great my experience has continued to be at this dental office. Since my original review, I have referred others to Dr. Coats and am thrilled to hear how well they have been taken care of. The staff here will always welcome you warmly and addresses any of your concerns in a timely manner. Thank you all for always going the extra mile to take care of your patients. I'm glad that I have a great and compassionate place to go to for dental care!

  I am terrified of the Dentist, and this was by far the best case scenario! Dr. Coats was kind, and detailed with his explanations of what he was doing and why it mattered. They hygienist was just lovely to work with. It was a very good experience, and after years of avoiding the dentist I will be going back in a few short months!
